Check a creative file against network requirements: format, size, dimensions, aspect ratio, video duration.
Quick answer
Pick a network and a file — the tool checks extension, weight, dimensions and aspect ratio against the network's specs. Fully local: the file is never uploaded.
Every ad network wants creatives in its own shape. Facebook Feed takes 1:1 or 4:5 images up to 30 MB, Stories need 9:16 with safe zones for the UI, TikTok is vertical 9:16 video with sound on, Google Display wants a set of sizes for responsive ads, and push networks expect a small icon plus a banner. A file outside spec either gets rejected in review or renders badly in the slot — same wasted budget either way.
This checker keeps a reference of the common formats and validates your file entirely in the browser: extension against the allowed list, file size against the cap, image dimensions against minimums and recommended sizes, aspect ratio, and video duration. Nothing is uploaded — dimensions are read through local browser APIs.
The workflow pays for itself in skipped moderation rounds. Instead of uploading, waiting a day and getting a rejection for a 16:9 video in a 9:16 slot, you see the mismatch in two seconds. For video creatives it also checks duration against the network limits — TikTok in-feed accepts 5–60 seconds, Stories cap at 60.
Safe zones deserve a mention: Stories placements overlay their UI on roughly the top and bottom 250 px. The specs panel lists the requirement, but the practical rule is simple — keep text and CTA in the central area. A technically-valid creative that loses its call to action under the reply field converts like a broken one.
